How soon should I expect my items?

I will endeavour to have your cards created as soon as possible. I will have your cards ready within 2 business days but usually quicker. Please order well ahead of the time you need them when you can to save stressful situations.

What size are your cards?

There are 3 sizes available.

Square 15x15cm card

C6 rectangle 15x10.5cm

C5 large rectangle 21x15cm

Are envelopes included?

Yes, white envelopes are included.

Alternatively, there are many specialty envelopes available to choose from.

Is there a minimum order

No, there is no minimum order.

How much is postage?

Postage is FREE for orders over $25 or $3 postage Australia-wide for orders under $25. For wholesale orders, please contact me for wholesale and postage prices.

Can I pick my order up?

Yes! Pick up is in Botanic Ridge and it's free of charge. I will contact you when your order is ready and we'll organise a time.

Do you offer Express Post?

Yes. There is an option to add express shipping to your order at an additional cost of $10.00.

Do you sell internationally?

At this stage, I don't sell or ship outside of Australia.

What is your return policy?

The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase. You will be issued with a full refund once I receive the product back. If the item is a bespoke product, you will receive 50% refund. Return shipping will be at buyers expense. Returns must be in their original, resalable condition and packaging.

What payment options are available?

Payment options include most credit cards, bank deposit and PayPal. All prices are in Australian Dollars.
